WinX Software does not sell any personal information that you may have supplied to us to third parties, or use it in any way other than to perform necessary support duties and only to the extent that is required to meet our obligations to you.

We collect and retain personal information in our database only in order to build customer profiles that assist us in understanding our market and our clientele.

WinX Software does not keep any information pertaining to credit cards and other details that relate to financial methods of payment. Payment processing is done by external third parties who may have a different Privacy Policy to us.

Payment Processing is currently contracted out to PayPal and FastSpring.
